About Fees
1.Domestic Shipping Fees: It will be the same as listed on taobao.com, normally free shipping to 1.65 USD. Ordering from one seller will surely save shipping fees.
2.Buyintao Commission Fees: 8% of total cost (item price + shipping cost). There is no limit of minimum fees.
3.Transaction Fees: while you add money via Credit card or similar payment, the company will deduct transaction fees from us. The amount of balance will be equal with that we actually received from you.
4.International Shipping Fees: We will offer shipping discount in different seasons, 10% - 50%. Please see more details in shipping.
5.Add Money: You need add money to WhereTao Account Balance before payment. Balance will be transferred in 24 hour after your submit payment information. The banlance is the same as we actually got your payment, credit card or other similar payment will have commission fees.
Buyintao Services
1.We Charge 8% of total cost as service fees, no minimum.
2.We don’t provide service of purchasing virtual goods for customers, which includes gift cards, game tokens, etc.
3.We will check clearly size, quantity, color, pattern of goods. As goods are provided by taobao vendor, we will check the quality before shipping. If the quality is bad, we will ask for the vendor to resend a new one or return the money to your balance account.
Order Cycle Time
1. First payment: We will purchase your item(s) within 48 hours after we got your first payment.
2. Item arrived at our warehouse: It will take 2-3 days via domestic shipping from Taobao vendor.
3. Quality Test & Repacking: It will need 1-2 days.
4. Time of delivery: EMS takes 5-7 days and Air mail/parcel 15-25 days.
About customs
1.We guarantee the shipment of your order but we are not responsible for customer clearance in your country.
2.If there any problems on shipment or custom clearance, we can issue shipping document or invoice.
